 <P style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">&nbsp;</P>
 <P>Each county has been assigned a hardiness zone.  Plant insurability will vary by the state and county in which the plants are located.  When a plant inventory is created, the plant location is specified by the selection of the state and county. </P>
 <P style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">&nbsp;</P>
 <P>The state and/or county can be changed by exporting the list and then importing it again.  At time of import, a pop-up box will appear showing the state and county of the inventory that has been chosen for import.  You may change the state and/or county by clicking on the down arrow at the right of the line.  </P>
 <P style="margin-left:36.00pt;">&nbsp;</P>
 <P class="Body-Text-2" style="margin-left:49.50pt;text-indent:-31.50pt;">Note:<span style="font-weight:normal; ">  The </span>&quot;Import Exception Report&quot;<span style="font-weight:normal; "> will display a line showing that the state and/or county have been changed at the time of import.  Be aware that some plants from the previous inventory list may not be insurable if the county hardiness zone is different from the county hardiness zone used for the original list.  Plants that are no longer insurable after this action will appear on the </span>&quot;Import Exception Report&quot;<span style="font-weight:normal; "> under the heading &quot;These plants have hardiness zone problems.&quot;  They will no longer be insurable after changing the state and/or county.</span></P>
 <P style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">&nbsp;</P>
 <P>Click on state or county and the list of states or counties will be displayed.  The list can be searched by using the <span style="font-weight:bold; ">up arrow</span> or <span style="font-weight:bold; ">down arrow</span> keys or by using the mouse to position the scroll bar at the side of the list.  The countys assigned hardiness zone will appear in the box after the county is selected.</P>
