 <P>To export an inventory for back-up, for use in the 2000 Nursery Appraisal Software, or for use in another copy of the 2009 Eligible Plant List and Plant Price Schedule, select the plant inventory.  When the plant inventory is on the screen, select <span style="font-weight:bold; ">Export </span>from the <span style="font-weight:bold; ">File</span> menu.  </P>
 <P style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">&nbsp;</P>
 <P>Use the &quot;Save As&quot; screen below to create an export file.  This will create a file with the extension .xp5 that can be imported into the 2009 Nursery Appraisal Software or into another copy of the 2009 Eligible Plant List and Plant Price Schedule (EPLPPS).</P>

 <P>This process is also used to change the state and/or county of a current inventory.</P>
