 <P><font  face='Arial'>To be a partial-damaged plant the Months to Recover must be less than the Pre-damaged Stage (PDS).  When the Months to Recover is the same or greater than the PDS, enter &quot;D&quot; in the Months to Recover as the plant is considered to have zero value, and the plants must be destroyed prior to receiving an indemnity payment.</font></P>
