In accordance with Section 15 of the ARPI Crop Provisions, Section 10 of the ECO Endorsement, Section 14 of the MP Crop Provisions, and Section 10 of the SCO Endorsement, approved final county yields, final county revenues, harvest revenues, harvest margins and payment factors for the 2023 crop year will be available by close of business May 15, 2024, in the following formats:

The Risk Management Agency (RMA) approved the 2024 CY projected prices shown below for the following plans of insurance: Yield Protection, Revenue Protection, and Revenue Protection with Harvest Price Exclusion. RMA approved 2024 CY volatility factors shown below for the Revenue Protection and Revenue Protection with Harvest Price Exclusion plans of insurance. The projected prices and volatility factors are applicable for the states, crops, and types indicated in the subsequent tables.

PM-24-005: Interaction of Supplemental Coverage Option and Stacked Income Protection Plan (STAX) with Agriculture Risk Coverage and Price Loss Coverage – New Documents Released

Background

The USDA’s Risk Management Agency (RMA) manages the Supplemental Coverage Option (SCO) and Stacked Income Protection Plan (STAX), and USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) manages the Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) programs.

In order to make sure stakeholders are reminded of eligibility requirements, RMA is releasing additional information based on questions that have been asked. No program changes have been made with the release of these new documents.
